Mad Butcher chief executive Michael Morton has swung his cleaver at “grossly inaccurate” claims the retail butchery franchise is facing financial trouble.

Last week, NBR ONLINE reported the franchisor’s Kapiti store recently went into liquidation owing $850,000.
