Little Bird Organics has raised the maximum $2 million allowed under equity crowdfunding laws.
The health food cafe company launched its capital raise on February 22 and met its minimum goal of $500,000 in the first 80 minutes of launching.
It hit its maximum on Saturday, with 659 investors
