The corporate shell of budget bus operator NakedBus, whose business was sold to Sir Brian Souter’s ManaBus for $2.8 million in May, has been hit with a liquidation threat over allegedly unpaid bills.

Another bus company, Go-Bus Transport, has filed an application to put NakedBus into liquidation
