Premium dairy marketer Lewis Road won’t take legal action with dairy giant Fonterra off the table as the two square up over supermarket chiller space.

Lewis Road is accusing the co-op of making a deal with Foodstuffs, which own New World and Pak ’n Save supermarkets, that would see the chillers
