Judge 'astounded' by censured lawyer's lack of notes

An unnamed lawyer has been criticised for acting where there was a conflict of interest and for record keeping so inadequate it “astounded” a District Court judge.

A Lawyers Standards Committee censured and fined the lawyer $1500 following an investigation spurred by a District Court judge writing
