Joyce hits back at his CRI criticism

Cabinet minister Steven Joyce has hit back at claims he misinterpreted the purpose of Crown research institutes (CRI).

Several days ago, the science and innovation minister said CRIs were about “commercial science” and that’s the reason they existed.
