Italian bathroom, flooring maker disputes made-in-China settlement


SpazioCasa have publicly rejected points of a Commerce Commission statement about its breach of the Fair Trading Act.

Bathroom and flooring manufacturer SpazioCasa is calling foul after a Commerce Commission statement it says misrepresented their product range.

SpazioCasa admitted to being in breach of the Fair Trading Act in a signed settlement (PDF) publicised last Thursday.
