Irish minister seeks Rugby World Cup support, warns against tourism taxes

Ireland’s minister of state for tourism and sport is visiting New Zealand to seek advice and support for a bid to host the 2023 Rugby World Cup against contenders France and South Africa.

Patrick O’Donovan also has a warning about tourism taxes, saying they had crippled Ireland’s hospitality
