IRD withdraws liquidation application against financial services firm

Wellington-based financial services firm says it settled the debt three weeks ago.

An Inland Revenue application to liquidate MSL Capital Markets, which felt the FMA’s bite in March, has been withdrawn.

In March, NBR ONLINE reported Inland Revenue had also filed an application in the High Court at Wellington in January seeking the liquidation of MSL.
