Infratil blocks Mercury on Tilt deal

Updated: The 51% shareholder of Tilt Renewables, Infratil, says it is unlikely to approve Mercury moving beyond a 20% stake in Tilt.
Mercury yesterday announced the purchase of a 20% Tilt stake, along with an option to buy a further 6.8%, from Tauranga Enery Consumer Trust.
