Icebreaker sale price revealed

The Overseas Investment Office has revealed Icebreaker was sold for $288 million to VF Corporation, valuing Jeremy Moon’s interests at $82.5m.

The OIO approved the sale of the merino clothing chain to VF Corporation subsidiary Lee Bell on March 13.
