‘I don’t understand why we’re in receivership’ – Charlotte Clarke

Charlotte Clarke, CEO of Du Val, presented an impassioned appeal to the High Court on Tuesday for “natural justice”, suggesting the statutory manager of the company, for one, should continue paying the rent on the family’s luxury Remuera home.
