Horizon subsidiary goes after receiver following sale shortfall

A subsidiary of NZX-listed Horizon [NZX: HED] has gone after a receiver of Hasties following a shortfall in the purchase price of Aquaheat.

Horizon created a similarly named subsidiary, Aquaheat NZ, when it purchased Aquaheat Industries for $5.25 million in August 2012.
