'Hobbit law' repeal risks reducing New Zealand's Hollywood allure

The new Labour-led coalition has made clear that near the top of its ‘to do’ list in its first 100 days is the repeal of the so-called ‘Hobbit law,’ which made all those working on film productions contractors at the stroke of a pen.
