High Court grants Telco interim injunction to block government from hiring sole company for 600-school UFB upgrade project

The Wellington High Court has granted Telco Technology Services an interim injunction to stop the Ministry of Education from hiring only one company to take over the final phase of its Schools Network Upgrade Project.

The project subsidises and manages upgrades of data and electrical cabling
