Christchurch bankrupt developer Dave Henderson says he will appeal a conviction on tax charges.

Inland Revenue decade’s long pursuit of Mr Henderson finally proved fruitful when District Court judge Gary McAskill found him guilty on charges of failing to pay $163,000 in PAYE tax.
