Hearing on Banks’ retrial ordered as Crown Law counts cost of case

The President of the Court of Appeal has ordered a hearing on whether former MP John Banks should be retried.
A Crown Law spokeswoman says a hearing ordered by Justice Ellen France is planned for the appeal court in Wellington on April 28, but is subject to lawyers’ availability.
