Hawke’s Bay winemaker Rod McDonald says a distribution deal for his Syrah and Chardonnay wines with the UK’s Buckingham Schenk is just a beginning.
Although he has been in the hospitality and wine industry for 25 years, Mr McDonald's winery only produced its first vintage six years ago.
