Hawke's Bay cricket bat maker Laver & Wood is running an equity crowdfunding campaign through PledgeMe to fund its expansion plans.
The company is raising up to $1 million for 20% of the business, at a pre-money valuation of $4 million.
Funds raised will go to increase its marketing spend,
