Both companies supply it but only one thinks it has any right to it – a trade mark dispute is brewing over the use of fuel in New Zealand.

Fuel retailer Gull last year applied to trade mark the phrase “Fuel your mission,” for its business of industrial oils and greases but also for food and drink
