Gold trading boss Robertson appears in court on criminal charges

Steven Robertson made his first appearance in court today, where he is facing 47 criminal charges laid by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA). 

The regulator accuses the gold trading scheme operator of stealing investor funds while purporting to be a financial adviser.
