Global coffee giant swoops on local market leader
Private equity fund Pencarrow and ACC are exiting BrewGroup after just three years.

International coffee giant JDE has snapped up locally owned former Bell Tea & Coffee just three years after it was sold off by Foodstuffs.
Bell is now known as BrewGroup and is 51% owned by Pencarrow, a private equity fund, with ACC having 33% and management owning the rest.
