GE and Contact Energy fail to overturn turbine injunction

Court of Appeal turns down GE but says full case hasn't been heard yet.

One of the world's largest engineering companies has failed for the second time to obtain a competitor's high tech gas turbine.

As reported by NBR in August, the turbine’s maker, Siemens, won an interim court injunction in the High Court preventing rival GE from examining a turbine it acquired
