Fulton Hogan prices rights issue, signals higher dividend

Fulton Hogan has priced its rights issue at $7.60-a-share with eligible shareholders offered one share for every 40 they already own.

The company is launching the issue to soak up surplus treasury stock following an extensive share buyback programme funding the purchase of Shell New Zealand’s 37%
