Ferry company Fullers Bay of Islands is rocking the boat of competitor Explore Group, owned by William Goodfellow, by accusing it of contempt of court.

But Mr Goodfellow, Explore's managing director, says he is “surprised” by the accusation and says that his company is operating legally.
