Former PGC executive fights for bonus

But does the company have the funds?

A former financial controller at Pyne Gould Corporation [NZX: PGC] is heading to the Employment Court in a bid to claim a $140,000 bonus that led to his dismissal in 2012.

At the same time PGC is challenging an Employment Relations Authority decision ordering the company to pay more than $150,000
