Fonterra study will be independent, Shareholders' Council says
Some emails circulating among shareholders are misleading, chairman says.

A new report looking at Fonterra’s performance will have some input from the co-operative’s executive but will be led by an independent body, according to Fonterra’s Shareholders' Council, which commissioned the study.
