FMA ordered to amend Warminger claim

Mark Warminger, on extended leave from Milford Asset Management, is accused of market manipulation.

A High Court judge has ordered the Financial Markets Authority amend its “unduly conclusory” market manipulation case against Mark Warminger, although not to the full extent he had hoped.

Last month, Mr Warminger made the application for proper particulars in the FMA’s pleadings before Justice
