Fletcher washes its hands of any responsibility for botched quake repairs

EQC Minister Megan Woods says action against Fletcher “is a live legal question.”

Fletcher Building is rejecting any responsibility for botched repairs of Christchurch houses following the 2010/11 earthquakes in Canterbury.

This comes as the Earthquake Commission (EQC) Minister Megan Woods says EQC is looking at whether it has any legal grounds to pursue Fletcher for shoddy
