Fletcher Building on back foot from day one of convention centre contract

The day Fletcher Building started work on the $477 million Sky City New Zealand Convention Centre and hotel in Auckland, it was on the back foot.

It didn’t have enough people to resource the contract to build the 32,00sq m centre and delays kicked in immediately.
