Fistonich fights receiver indemnity over Villa Maria sales

Sir George Fistonich launched his legal battle against the receivers of Villa Maria in the Auckland High Court this morning, attempting to stop the retention of surplus funds to fight his case.

FFWL, the company that owns the winemaker, went into receivership in May 2021 owing banks $212 million.
