Financial literacy test shows big gap in teenagers’ skills

New Zealand teens of Asian and Pakeha descent have scored highly in a world survey of financial literacy.
The PISA (Programme for International Student Achievement) financial literacy study involved some 29,000 15-year-olds in 18 OECD countries and economies.
