A taxi app company which launched an equity crowdfunding campaign yesterday is being criticised for failing to get its offer document correct.

Tapp a Taxi wants to raise a minimum of $250,000 and a maximum of $1 million, or between 7.7% and 25% of the company, on equity crowdfunding platform
