Finance controller struck off after $40m bank fraud
A Wellington accountant was struck off the Institute of Chartered Accountants register today after masterminding a $40 million fraud through more than 500 transactions.

Wellington accountant and finance controller Stephen John Roberts was struck off the Institute of Chartered Accountants register today after committing a $40 million fraud through more than 500 transactions.
Although the stolen money was returned to the proper accounts, Roberts was found out
