Feltex shareholders turn to Supreme Court for last throw of the dice

Former Feltex shareholder Eric Houghton has applied to the Supreme Court for leave to appeal last October’s Court of Appeal decision dismissing his lawsuit against former directors and promoters of the failed carpet marker.
