Feltex defendants win huge costs award
UPDATED: Litigation funders will have to cough up more than $5 million.
UPDATED: Defendants in a failed lawsuit brought by shareholders of Feltex Carpets have been awarded total costs of more than $5 million, NBR ONLINE has learned.
The total award is understood to be $3.06 million plus disbursements of about $2 million.
The figure is said to include an uplift of 15%
