The Hall family ownership of Tasti Products and James Crisp Holdings came about thanks to John Hall who was born in 1924, who recalled a family environment rich in spirit and attitude and where the six siblings felt they could achieve great things.
In regard to succession, Colin Armer said his eight children were all doing their own things and their assets were in a long-term trust. Son Scott is now GM of the Armer Group and daughter Cherie is an observer on the Dairy Holdings board.
