Employment Relations Authority awards $11k after boss tells farm worker to 'f*** off'

Farm worker Dinah Atkins was awarded more than $11,150 by the Employment Relations Authority after her boss told her to “f*** off” the farm.

The Mangakino farm owner, Colleen Connolly, didn’t show up to the authority’s hearing in Rotorua and no lawyers were involved in the dispute.
