Kiwifruit packer Southlink Supply is appealing a decision in Zespri’s favour as a dispute over contaminated fruit continues before the courts.

Zespri’s case is that EastPack subsidiary Southlink supplied it with contaminated kiwifruit. Some potentially affected kiwifruit had been shipped
