A New Zealand firm linked to convicted market manipulator Bryan Leonard Cook faces a liquidation hearing this month over debts owed to a company in the Marshall Islands.

Asia Finance Corporation, set up by Mr Cook in 2013 and listed on the Financial Services Provider Register until July 2015,
