Former Fletcher Building chief executive Terry McFadgen wants a mediator appointed to help settle the Cornwall Park Trust Board’s long-running dispute with leaseholders over a new lease and freeholding.

He says it is horrible seeing neighbours being forced to sell their homes at depressed values.
