Derelict Auckland apartments sell for $2m

The Pepperwood Mews Body Corporate Committee has sold 32 derelict apartments on a site stretching over 2800m2 on Auckland’s Great North Rd at Kelston to a private individual for $2,280,000. 

The sale comes after Housing New Zealand deemed the properties structurally unsound and moved tenants
