Deloitte tries 'him too' defence in $46m Trustees Executors suit over failed fund

Accounting firm Deliotte has raised an affirmative defence to fight off a suit against it by Trustees Executors.

Deliotte is being sued for negligence alongside Fund Managers Canterbury, which administrated the Canterbury Mortgage Trust that collapsed in 2008 owing investors $250 million.
