Criminal charges against Woolworths NZ, two Pak’nSaves

Commerce Commission alleges the supermarkets engaged in inaccurate pricing and misleading specials in possible breach of the Fair Trading Act.

The Commerce Commission will file criminal charges against Woolworths NZ, Pak'nSave Silverdale and Pak'nSave Mill Street for what it alleges was inaccurate pricing and misleading specials in breach of the Fair Trading Act.
