Court approves $4.5 million settlement in first FMA trustee action
The FMA had sought about $7 million for the collapse.

Trustee company Prince and Partners has admitted it failed to protect Viaduct Capital investors, as part of a $4.5 million settlement with the Financial Markets Authority.
