Cookie company Mrs Higgins eaten up by Rangatira

The mid-market investor takes a 50% stake to fund growth.

Auckland-based cookie franchise Mrs Higgins has been snapped up by Rangatira Investments.

Rangatira, which focuses on growing middle-market New Zealand companies, has taken a 50% stake in the 31-year-old biscuit business for an undisclosed sum.

The remaining 50% is retained by owners Markus
