Receivership of Orange-H is a symptom of wider problems in the construction industry, McConnell managing director David McConnell says.

Orange-H was formed to hold a number of legacy projects that weren’t part of McConnell's $60.5 million sale of Hawkins to Downer EDI in March last year.
