The Commerce Commission suspended an investigation into a Chorus' [NZX: CNU] plan to 'constrain' its existing, regulated copper broadband service after Chorus dropped the plan.

Spark and CallPlus complained to the regulator that Chorus was proposing to "significantly degrade" its existing service
