Hawke’s Bay
The Commerce Commission has approved $1.72 billion of expenditure by NZX-listed fibre network operator Chorus over the next four years.
The regulator’s decision effectively disallows $172.6 million of expenses that it said would have flowed through to price increases for consumers.
