Com Com rejects Vodafone’s complaint about Spark ads

Commission says matter best left with the Advertising Standards Authority.

The Commerce Commission has declined to investigate Vodafone’s complaint that Spark [NZX:SPK] is misleading customers by advertising it has the largest 4G network.

Instead the commission says the matter would be best left with the Advertising Standards Authority.
